Engyta showcased its award-winning Connected Screens recently, at the UCMK campus in Milton Keynes, Bucks. The demonstration was done to mark the visit of Dr Chang, CTO of Quanta Computing. Connected Screens rewards customer loyalty by allowing them to collect discounts via an NFC enabled smartphone or loyalty card and is an ideal solution for proximity marketing.
Dr Chang was also given an overview of the MK Smart project, with particular emphasis on smart transportation systems which was also attended by various members of UKTI.
Both Engyta and Briteyellow were chosen to give demos as they are perfect examples of SMEs that are currently engaged with the MK Data Hub as well as the Internet of Things.
